A package that needed to be reformulated in order to solve two problems: leakage and not enough precision – two hands were needed to apply the product. Our challenge was creating a cap that would make it easier for the client to apply the product using only one hand, making the package more practical. We developed the vial within the company, from pilot molds used for testing to reaching the ideal standard for launching. The outcome is an authentic brazilian product with emphasis on a cap that has an internal membrane system that helps opening and closing, avoiding leakages and allowing a more efficient and controlled apllication of the product.
The group arrived in Brazil already known as a global reference in hair products and Vibraço has produced a great part of its portfolio for the international and domestic market.
Besides manufacturing vials and caps, we also silkscreen the packages, from the 15ml amples to the 1kg pots.
For over 40 years we have been manufacturing the iconic Sal Cisne egg-shaped salt shakers. With time the family has been growing and today we produce the different sizes and types of the brand’s salt shakers: egg vial, 500g vial and the liquid salt vial as well as manufacturing vials and caps, silkscreening and applying sleeve on the packages.
It’s always a great challenge when a client brings us an innovative and particular request and we love having the resources and criativity to meet their expectations. At the launching of this package, character-shaped vails were not common in Brazil nor was the technology used. We got to work and arrived at a different injection process than what we were used to, solving the shape’s complexity (specially the roof). You can check out the result in the picture. Isn’t it amazing?
As it contains several curves in its format, no other company was able to develop a vial in the shape of Discovery Kids’ main symbol. A package with a great deal of curves usually acumulates materials in certain areas making the vial very heavy and consequently more expensive (besides leaving a difference in each vial’s width). Our challenge was developing a mold and shape faithful to Doki, the result being a light, fun package with reduced pricing that outdid all the production’s challenges.
For this Globo Esporte character we dared to produce a package that worked as the classic “bop bag”. We needed the vial to stand but to also rock once pushed. For this we developed a convex bottom and managed to manufacture the mold in record time: 8 days.
